DG Neil Visits 3 Clubs in Oshawa

Over 70 Rotarians from the Rotary Clubs of Oshawa, Bowmanville, and Oshawa-Parkwood were at the Oshawa Golf and Curling Club on Tuesday, evening Oct 3, 2017 to hear District Governor Neil Phillips deliver his keynote address to the three clubs. Lots of fun and a great meal.
