The Rotary Club of Scarborough
was chartered Wednesday February 21st, 1951. It was chartered with the blessing of Rotary International, an organization that represents almost 1,200,000 Rotarians in almost 30,000 clubs in 162 countries around the world.

Membership in the Rotary Club of Scarborough is by invitation. The Club currently has over 70 members, representing many of the businesses and professions in the Scarborough area. It meets at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays at the Scarboro Golf and Country Club.

Why Might I Want to Join the Rotary Club of Scarborough? People have joined the Rotary Club for many reasons. It offers successful people an opportunity to ñgive something backî to the community. It offers fellowship within the club itself, and also with the worldwide community of Rotary Clubs.

Many members enjoy the opportunity that the club meetings present to network with other businesspeople and professionals. On a weekly basis, members also enjoy experienced speakers on a broad range of topics, from community issues to world issues; economics, business, personal and professional improvement.
