The ClubRunner Website refresh program was launched in our neighboring Rotary District 7090.  Over 40 of the District 7090 Rotary Clubs refreshed their club websites with this program and most recently utilized the program to refresh the District 7090 website. District 7080 has now started to change their clubs too.  In District 7070, 32 of our our clubs have participated. And they are glad they did.

When a prospective member wants to check out your club, they will go to YOUR club website. What will they see? Will they want to join your club?

IT IS NOW TIME FOR OUR REMAINING DISTRICT 7070 CLUBS TO REFRESH THEIR CLUB WEBSITE.

IT'S TIME TO GET YOUR CLUB NOTICED.

Web Design Professional, Rotary Club of Welland member and ClubRunner expert, Melissa Wells, Ex Nihilo Website Designs (www.exnihilodesigns.com), manages the ClubRunner Website refresh program for each Club.

Here is how the refresh program works  Upon completion of the attached application (https://rotary7070.org/page/website-re-fresh-amp-training-program ), Melissa will contact your Rotary Club to arrange a Zoom kick-off meeting to discuss YOUR CLUB'S design and content goals. Each Rotary Club has a minimum of the same two Rotarians participate in both the Kick Off and Training Meetings.  There is no limit of Rotarians to participate in either or both meetings.

The ClubRunner website Refresh program will be offered on a first come, first serve basis, as completed applications are received by Melissa. And a number of District 7070 clubs have already signed up.

Following YOUR CLUB'S Kickoff meeting, Melissa will complete the redesign work and you will immediately see the fresh new results in your Club Website. Part of the website redesign is to ensure your Club Website works on mobile devices as an important factor in younger potential members to view your website.

Once the redesign work is complete, Melissa will provide a one-hour Zoom training meeting that will be recorded as an ongoing resource for your Club. The Training meeting will provide the information and helpful tips for you to keep your website fresh and up to date.  6 hours of Melissa’s time is allotted to the 2 meetings and redesign time.

Cost- $300 plus HST.
