Welcome to the  Special Edition Year-End 2018-19 District 7070 Newsletter. 

The 2018-19 Awards Presentations and the District Governor Changeover Ceremony were held on July 7, 2019, at the Scarborough Golf and Country Club. Over 100 Rotarians and friends from Rotary and Rotaract Clubs from all over the District attended the event. here are the highlights.

Editor's Note: Congratulations to Past District Governor Mary Lou Harrison for an outstanding year as District Governor. She has encouraged and challenged us to Be The Inspiration in our clubs and in our communities, locally and globally. A job well done. Congratulations to 2019-20 as our new District Governor Beth Selby who will encourage all of us to tell the world that Rotary Connects The World  as we venture out and Do Good In The World. In this Newsletter, we are going to feature the Awards Presentation, the District Governor Changeover, a year-end message from Past District Governor Mary Lou Harrison and add some photos of Mary Lou during her year as District Governor.

The Changeover took place by way of exchanging Rotary Pins. The Immediate Past District Governor Neil Phillips presented Mary Lou with her Immediate Past District Governor Pin. Mary Lou Harrison presented Beth Selby with her District Governor Pin. Beth presented Mark Chipman with his District Governor Elect Pin. Mark presented the District Governor Nominee Pin to Ron Dick. Our new District Governor Beth Selby ended the Ceremonies by thanking Mary Lou for her outstanding Rotary year. There is more.....
