2023-23 District 7070 Governor Changeover and Awards Ceremony

On June 24, 2023. in front of over 100 Rotarians from over 40 clubs at the Whitby Ontario Canada Marina, District Governor Elect John Burns (on the left) and current District Governor Iosif Ciosa (on the right) proudly show us the Rotary Themes and welcomed everyone to the Changeover ceremony and they handed out lots of annual awards out to Rotarians, Rotary Clubs and to Interact and Rotarct clubs too.
