While Rotarians in District 7070 celebrated World Polio Day in several ways, Past District 7070 Governor Jim Louttit was in Mexico participating in a Rotary Environmental Tour. On Monday, October 24, 2022, Jim represented our District 7070 along with representatives from another 14 Districts covering Mexico and United States in raising awareness for polio eradication in Mexico. You can spot him in the following photo above the “Now” in “End Polio Now”. The location for the photo was in the Frank (Past Rotary International President) and Jesse Devlyn Forest in Nevado de Toluca, Mexico. During the day, Rotarians and volunteers also planted 400 trees.
