Greetings Rotarians, Rotaractors, Interactors and Earlyactors, !!.
Wow — what a fabulous month of October we had in District 7070! Rotarians across our District were engaged, energized, and having a ton of fun — all while doing good in the world.
October was truly a month that showed how are members are UNITING FOR GOOD!
World Polio Day on October 24th was incredible — our clubs came out in full force for flag-raising ceremonies across the District, proudly shining a light on Rotary’s promise to end polio. The Toronto celebration was especially powerful — with the TORONTO sign and the CN Tower glowing in red and white, and even Niagara Falls lit up in Rotary colours! What an inspiring sight.

A huge round of applause to Jennifer Boyd and Dave Andrews for their dedication and passion in coordinating these amazing events. And thank you to every club that helped raise awareness — your efforts make a difference and bring us closer to a polio-free world!
From Polio to Fern Resort — October just kept getting better! The District 7070 Conference was everything I could have dreamed of and more. You showed up in onesies and flip-flops, with smiles, hugs, and that unmistakable Rotary spirit. It was a weekend filled with inspiration, laughter, learning, and connection.
