Dear District Governors, District Public Image Chairs in Zone 32, and everyone interested in Rotary Public Image,
Congratulations, you're more than half-way through your term! Here is the monthly Public Image update for February.
- In the Brand Center, you'll find a customizable template to create promotional flyers for events, fundraisers, and social gatherings. No design experience is required!
- Share your experience in using the Brand Center to help you tell the Rotary story. Contact Rotary International at PR@Rotary.org with thoughts or questions.
- Learn more about Rotary storytelling. The recording for the recent Public Image webinar, Resonating Narratives: Crafting Stories That Inspire & Impact, is available on the Zones 28 & 32 website.
- Help develop a common understanding of who Rotary is. Find the brand guidelines for the People of Action campaign on Brand Center.
- Complementing People of Action, Rotary produced three testimonial videos of members explaining how Rotary helps them further their passions and professions. Download these videos from the Brand Center, and feature them on your club website and social media channels to introduce potential members to the personal value they can find in Rotary.
- World Immunization Week is 24-30 April! Start planning now for how to promote it, and visit the Brand Center for digital assets to help raise awareness about the importance of immunizations.
- The Learning Center contains many Professional Development courses, including Communication Skills, Inspirational Speech, and Interpersonal Communication and Networking -- all skills that can strengthen your Public Image efforts.

Question of the month:
Q: Can I use the Rotary wheel (the Mark of Excellence) as a profile picture on my club or district's social media page?
A: Yes. If the social media page or group is for your Rotary club, district, zone, Rotary Fellowship, or Rotary Action Group — and it’s identified as such — you can use the Rotary wheel in the profile picture.
To access the image, you can go to the Rotary International Facebook page, click on the profile picture, save or download the image, and then add it to your page.Yours in Rotary,
Laura Spear
2024-2025 Rotary Public Image Coordinator, Zone 32
