Rotary International will send a delegation of members to the UN Climate Change Conference, known as COP28, to be held November 30 to December 12, 2023 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It will be the third time that Rotary participates in the annual conference in this way. The environment is one of Rotary’s areas of focus, and members hope their involvement will emphasize the importance of contributing to global climate action.
