How the District Membership Committee can help you and your Rotary Club:

· In collaboration with the District Governor and district leaders, initiate your club's membership development and retention strategies

· Assist in the formulation of annual District membership and retention goals.

· Promote the implementation of your Club Leadership Plan, with particular reference to membership development and retention.

· Educate and motivate your Rotary club regarding new member orientation and mentoring.

· Disseminate Rotary International membership material to Assistant Governors.

· Serve as a resource to your Rotary club regarding membership development and retention.

· In collaboration with Assistant Governors and Club Presidents, the District Membership Committee strives to achieve annual District membership and retention goals.

· Provide appropriate recognition to your Rotary club and to individual Rotarians for significant achievements in membership development and retention.
